 Airway ATC FacilityThe development is a dedicated and specialised air traffic control centre located within the existing Airways campus in Christchurch. The development consists of a two-level building accommodating air traffic control staff and all critical facilities required to operate the safe navigation of international and domestic aircraft within the airspace of New Zealand. The building requires specialised features, and is an Importance Level 4 building. |  Countdown AoteaThis project consisted of a new 2,750m2 Supermarket development in Porirua. A new intersection and short road were also completed. |  Safe Store WestgateA purpose built storage facility with over 7,400m2 of storage space, as well as offices and retail areas. |

 Vinegar Lane ApartmentsThe 'Bubble House Apartments' - consisting of two single level luxury apartments and a magnificent two bedroom, two level apartment occupying the upper floors. Set in Auckland's soon to be iconic Vinegar Lane. |  Soma ApartmentsThe Soma development is a mixture of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom luxury apartments located in the heart of Auckland City. The building also features 35 basement level car parks and a 231m2 commercial area. |  Countdown Stoddard RoadThis project consisted of 5,500m2 underground basement car park with a 4,200m2 Countdown Supermarket on ground level. |
 Renal Community CentreA $2,000,000 fitout of a new building to accommodate a Renal Community Centre in Albany for the Waitemata District.Health Board |  Mt Wellington MarineA unique development at the Tamaki Marine Park providing dry stack boat storage for over 400 boats. |  Chonny Crescent Warehouse Development$15,000,000 warehouse development on a 16,000m2 site. The development includes 37 individual units of various sizes. |
